AUTOMATIC HORIZONTAL ADJUSTING DEVICE OF HYDRAULIC CRANE FOR REDUCING LEVELING TIME

PURPOSE: A plurality of out-trigger is controlled in one touch to adjust horizontality of a crane automatically reducing leveling time. CONSTITUTION: A vertical solenoid valve(72) is provided to open/close a hydraulic line for extending an out-trigger(10) up and down direction. A position sensor(20) measures the height of the out-trigger. A horizontal sensor(30) generates an electrical signal by measuring horizontality of the crane. A horizontal solenoid valve(71) is provided to open/close the hydraulic line to extend the out-trigger sidewise. A gap sensor(40) generates an electrical signal by measuring distance between the out-trigger and a side object. A controller(60) operates the vertical solenoid valve and the horizontal solenoid valve.
