PURPOSE: A portable terminal device is provided to read inherent information from a memory of a control target apparatus in non-contact method, and to transmit the read information to a server over the Internet. CONSTITUTION: A server(5) receives an ID code from a portable phone(1), prepares a list of electronic apparatus operating programs(PB1,PB2), and returns the list to the portable phone(1). A microcomputer informs the server(5) that the electronic apparatus operation program(PB1) is selected through a wireless communication unit. The server(5) extracts the selected program(PB1), and transmits the extracted program(PB1) to the portable phone(1). The microcomputer transmits a remote control code to an electronic apparatus(2) from a key operator. |
