PURPOSE: A camera module coupling structure of a portable video terminal is provided to automatically rotate a camera as many as an open angle of a folder by interworking the camera with the folder. CONSTITUTION: A body(10) is formed with hinge fixing parts(13) protruded from both ends of a body case. A folder(20) is formed with a hinge fixing part(22) protruded from a folder case to rotate between the hinge fixing parts(13) of the body(10). A camera(40) is rotatively coupled with a center of the hinge fixing part(22), and photographs image information. An elastic support(50) rotates the camera(40) with the folder(20) when the folder(20) is rotatively open/shut from the body(10), and elastically supports one side of the camera(40) for rotation by a manual operation.
