PURPOSE: A field emission display having improved electrode structure is provided to prevent electrostatic charge from being accumulated on a surface of an insulating layer without using a separate driving IC. CONSTITUTION: A field emission display comprises a first substrate(2); a first electrode formed on the first substrate; an insulating layer(8) formed on the first substrate; a second electrode formed on the insulating layer; an emitter for emitting electrons; a second substrate(4) spaced apart from the first substrate; a third electrode formed on the second substrate; and a fluorescent layer(16) formed on the third substrate and having a predetermined pattern. An electrode(22) for preventing electrostatic charge from being accumulated on the surface of the insulating layer is integrally formed on the second electrode.
