CYCLONE TYPE GRAVITY SINKAGE DUST COLLECTION DEVICE

PURPOSE: Provided is a cyclone type gravity sinkage dust collection device which is able to reduce installation area due to a simple structure, a manufacturing cost and inhalation loss of a vacuum pump and prevent generation of dust when treating and carrying wastes or cinders. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises a controller(100) controlling total movement by being supplied with power from a power source part when a main switch is switched on; a vacuum pump(110) operated by the power supplied from the controller and sucking air and discharging it to the outside; a suction member(120) sucking cinders in when the vacuum pump is operated; a discharge pipe(130) discharging the introduced cinders; an outer part hopper(140) receiving the cinders discharged from the discharge pipe in a tangential direction of the inner circumference and generating swirl air current to collect the cinders having at least certain size in the lower part; a two-stage slide damper keeping the inner part of the outer hopper vacuum state and arranged on a lower part outlet(142) of the outer part hopper to discharge the collected cinders; an inner part hopper(160); a screen(170) arranged on the opening part formed on the lower part of the inner part hopper and filtering cinders contained in ascending air current generated on the center of the swirl air current and having at least certain size; a filter cloth(180) arranged on the inner side of the inner part hopper and adsorbing fine dusts passed through the screen; a first solenoid opening a first damper(152) of the two-stage slide damper for a certain time by receiving a control signal from the controller to discharge the cinders collected in the outer part hopper on a second damper of the two-stage slide damper; a second solenoid opening the second damper(154) of the two-stage slide damper for a certain time by receiving a control signal from the controller to discharge the cinders on the second damper to the outside; a solenoid valve opened every certain period to discharge air in a compression air tank(94) to a blow tube(96) by receiving control signal generated from the controller to allow the cinders adhered to the screen and the fine dusts adhered to the filter cloth to fall in the outer part hopper; a muffler(220) arranged on the outlet side of the vacuum pump to reduce noises of the cleaned air discharged to the atmosphere; a first valve(230) arranged on the discharge pipe to control suction of the cinders introduced at the suction member and a flexible pipe detachably connected between the first valve and the suction member to change the suction area of the cinders.
