PURPOSE: A signal conversion repeater interworking with a satellite communication system is provided to convert a TDM(Time Division Multiplex) signal into a CDM(Code Division Multiplex) signal to expand a coverage while resolving a shade area. CONSTITUTION: A signal processor(200) comprises as follows. A TDM processor(300) receives a TDM signal received from an artificial satellite to an antenna, and generates a symbol of the TDM signal. A CDM processor(400) converts the TDM signal into a CDM signal, and transmits the CDM signal toward a shade area where broadcasting contents are not directly received from the artificial satellite. An RF unit(700) uses a directional antenna.
