PURPOSE: A massaging seat is provided to promote blood circulation by installing a massaging device on the seat, to compensate for pelvic disorder and to exhibiting a sterilizing effect, thereby preventing spinal diseases or internal diseases of a user. CONSTITUTION: The massaging seat comprises: a leg portion; a seating plate(2) having a plurality of holes(20) and an IR sterilizer(6); an acupressure projection plate(3) having a plurality of projections(30) fitted into the plurality of holes(20); a vibrating motor(4) installed at the acupressure projection plate(3) and having an eccentric weight(45) for striking the acupressure projection plate(3) installed on a motor rotation axis(40); and a spring(35) provided between a guide pillar(21) and the acupressure projection plate(3), for elastically installing the acupressure projection plate(3).
