PURPOSE: A method and a device for manufacturing a vacuum insulation pack are provided to improve the quality of a vacuum insulation pack by sealing a wrapping film of the vacuum insulation pack without deformation in the high vacuum state. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum pump(60) is operated to extract the air in a chamber(33) of a vacuum packing machine(30) along a first pipe member(61). Then, the air in a vacuum insulation pack(20) is extracted along a second pipe member(62). Thus, the interior pressure of the vacuum insulation pack is the same as the pressure of the chamber of the vacuum packing machine. Accordingly, the deformation of the vacuum insulation pack is prevented.
