<p>Method of construction of an impermeable protective membrane (12) for at least a part of a concrete body (10) of a water tank, while this membrane (12) implies flexible layers of impermeable material fixed next to each other on the surface (11) of the concrete body (10) of the water tank to be protected by overlapping the face edges (12A, 12B) of adjacent layers, in this overlap the membrane (12) is fixed to the concrete body (10) of the water tank by means of vertical mechanical attaching devices (12, 23) fixed to the given surface (11) which implies a definition of a water tank concrete body (10) surface (11) which serves as a protection of the water tank; furnishing of the given surface (11) with at least one referential line; construction of the membrane (12) by placing each layer of the material, while one of the lateral edges (12A, 12B) of each layer of the material retains parallel to the given referential line; waterproof tightening of the overlapping edges (12A, 12B) of the layers; attaching of the membrane (12) along the bottom perimeter by providing a stiffening girder (17) placed either inside or outside the concrete body (10) of the water tank; and tightening the interface between the stiffening girder (17) and the corresponding surface (11) of the concrete body (10) of the water tank.</p> |
