PURPOSE: A device and a method for generating link commend information smoothly executing a link process are provided to smoothly execute multiple service link processes without limitation of services by obtaining the services usable to a user with use of user information and generating the link commend information with the use of the obtained services. CONSTITUTION: A commends generating server(30) transmits commends to a commends management server(40), or a link processing server(50) directly in case that a user commends execution of a service link process. The commends management server stores the commends received from the commends generating server and transmits the commends to a link processing server by a request from a client terminal(10). The link processing server interprets the commends and executes the link process by calling service processing devices(60A-60Z) according to the commends and a use method described in the commends. The service processing server executes document related service by the commends from the outside.
