摘要 PURPOSE: A method for forming a joint is provided to improve compatibility and thermal cycling stability by forming the joint between the first sintered body and the second sintered body including multi-component metallic oxide. CONSTITUTION: To form the complex structure by bonding two sintered bodies, a first sintered body is manufactured and composed of first multi-component metallic oxide with the first crystal structure selected among perovskitic or fluoritic structure groups. A second sintered body including the second multi-component metallic oxide is formed with the second crystal structure equal to the first crystal structure. The joint material is formed in the interface between the first sintered body and the second sintered body with metallic oxide. The complex structure is formed by heating the first sintered body, the second sintered body and the joint with bonding temperature less than the first or second sintering temperature and more than the melting point.
