PURPOSE: A residual filtrate discharge apparatus of screw conveyor for excrement and livestock wastewater is provided to prevent filtrate from remaining in the screw conveyor without extra operation of user and extend life time of the screw conveyor by automatically discharging filtrate remaining in the screw conveyor. CONSTITUTION: In a screw conveyor for transferring sludge contained in livestock wastewater and excrement and waste solution of sewage disposal tank, the screw conveyor comprising an outer cylinder(1) functioning as a sludge moving passageway, a screw(3) which is positioned in the outer cylinder as a concentric shaft and transfers sludge by rotating spirally shaped blades, an inflow port(2) installed on the front part of the outer cylinder in such a way that the inflow port is communicatingly connected to the outer cylinder so that sludge is flown in through the inflow port, a discharge port positioned on the rear part of the outer cylinder in such a way that the discharge port is communicatingly connected to the outer cylinder so that sludge flown in through the inflow port and transferred by rotation of the screw is discharged through the discharge port, and a flange(4) in which bearing is inserted to fix the outer cylinder and the screw and rotate the screw, the residual filtrate discharge apparatus of the screw conveyor for transferring livestock wastewater and excrement sludge is characterized in that circular holes(11) are perforated on the outer cylinder contacted with the inflow port so that filtrate is discharged to the outside through the holes, and a storage tank(51) for storing filtrate discharged to the outside of the screw conveyor, a water level sensor(51) installed in the storage tank to sense water level of filtrate flown in the storage tank and an automatic valve(52) for automatically discharging filtrate when a certain level or more of filtrate is filled in the storage tank by the water level sensor are communicatingly connected to the storage tank by pipe. |
