PURPOSE: A direction adjusting device for a vehicle with a steering linkage is provided to mount the direction adjusting device to the vehicle easily by forming a motor drive unit, a force transmission unit, a sensor assembly and a cable part. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle is composed of a body, two wheels(14), a steering wheel(11), and a steering linkage(12) connecting the wheels. The steering linkage is composed of a swing arm(15) connected to the steering wheel, left and right tie rods(121) connected to the wheel, and a steering assist unit(13) connected to the swing arm and the tie rod and provided in a hydraulic cylinder(131). The wheels are turned by the tie rods and controlling the swing arm with the hydraulic cylinder in turning the steering wheel. A direction adjusting device(1) is installed near the tie rod and the hydraulic cylinder, and composed of two turning units(4), two motor drive units(5) and a sensor assembly(2). Pivot motion of the force transmission member is transmitted to a reverse member connected to the signal processing unit and the steering linkage.
