PURPOSE: An adapter of a braking decelerating apparatus is provided to install the braking decelerating apparatus to the adapter simply and accurately, and to mount the adapter to the furniture part stably and firmly by forming two outer smooth surfaces arranged perpendicularly and accommodation recesses. CONSTITUTION: A door(12) is combined with a furniture body by a hinge(14), and an adapter(16) is installed to a corner of the furniture body. Two accommodation recesses are arranged in parallel, and two smooth attachment surfaces are mounted to the corner of the furniture body by a double-sided adhesive. A braking decelerating apparatus is press-fitted and fixed to the accommodation recess, and composed of a housing filled with damping fluid corresponding to a plunger(24). The viscosity of damping fluid is 20000 cSt, and a flange is inserted to a blind hole indentation or a ring-shaped depression. A circumferential rim or flange(28) is formed in the front edge of the adapter to arrange the adapter and the braking decelerating apparatus accurately. |
