PURPOSE: A method and a device for arranging images are provided to arrange the images displayed on an image viewer to a page directly without loading the images one by one. CONSTITUTION: An image viewer(100) displays the images. An image arranging part(120) arranges the images to an image arrangement page selected from the image arrangement pages having various arrangements of the images and outputs an arrangement result as an image arrangement signal. The image arrangement part arranges the image to the selected image arrangement page by a mouse or a keyboard connected to a computer.
