BIOMOLECULE TRANSDUCTION MOTIF Mph-1-BTM WHICH EFFECTIVELY DELIVERS BIOLOGICAL REACTION MODIFIERS INTO CYTOPLASM, ORGANELLES OR NUCLEUS OF PROKARYOTIC AND EUKARYOTIC CELLS AND THE USE THEREOF

PURPOSE: Biomolecule transduction motif Mph-1-BTM and the use thereof are provided. The Mph-1 BTM having amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:1 delivers biological reaction modifiers in vivo and in vitro into the cytoplasm, organelles or nucleus of prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells, via numerous paths, for example, intramuscular, intraperitoneal, intravein, oral, nasal, subcutaneous, intradermal, mucosal, and inhalation paths. CONSTITUTION: The Mph-1 peptide as a biomolecule transduction motif(BTM) comprises amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:1 or its active fragment, for delivering biological reaction modifiers in vivo and in vitro into prokaryotic cells or eukaryotic cells, wherein at least any one of Arginine, Lysine and Alanine in the peptide is substituted with structurally and functionally similar amino acid; and the biological reaction modifier is any one of selected from the group consisting of protein, DNA, RNA, carbohydrate, lipid and chemical compound. A recombinant expression vector comprises DNA encoding the peptide or its active fragment, wherein the DNA encodes one or more homologous or heterologous protein as a biological reaction modifier and operably linked expression regulatory sequence.
