PURPOSE: A continuous molding device is provided to improve productivity by producing rubber mats suitable for reusing waste rubber material and to vary a shape of a protrusion of a bottom surface. CONSTITUTION: A continuous molding device includes a calender(20) forming activated power rubber supplied to a mixer(10) into a thin pad, a heater(30) mounted on a downstream of the calender to maintain the pad in a proper temperature in a state that a carpet is combined to the pad, a molding roller(40) mounted on a downstream of the heater to continuously mold protrusions(E) on a side of the pad, a heat chamber(50) mounted on a downstream of the molding roller to vulcanize on the pad, and a cooling roller(60) mounted on a downstream of the heat chamber to rapidly cool the pad and carpet and wind the pad and carpet on a winding roll(70).
