PURPOSE: A method for forming molten metal is provided which fabricates strip as well as metal ingot into various shapes including mechanical parts, automobile parts and electronic appliance parts by cooling, continuously casting and rolling and forming molten metal and recycles metal and reduces metal waste by using scrap. CONSTITUTION: In a method for forming the rolled metal at high temperature after continuously casting, cooling and rolling molten metal melted in a melting furnace, the method comprises a step of discharging molten metal as much as required volume by melting metal and nonferrous metal; a cooling water injection step of cooling molten material having high temperature to a temperature of 500 to 550 deg.C according to admission of the molten metal into the forming process; a rolling step of rolling the molten metal into certain shape and appearance, and removing cracks or pores by smoothing the surface of the rolled metal and clearing anisotropy of a material of the rolled metal; and a step of forming the rolled metal into a product at a high temperature of about 500 to 550 deg.C in a press forming machine on which various dies are mounted.
