PURPOSE: A refund policy guaranteeing a customer right is provided to enable a seller to offer the maximum satisfaction to a customer with the minimum loss by discussing a basic commission rate with the customer. CONSTITUTION: A shopping mall operator makes repayment of the goods sold from an Internet shopping mall by imposing a commission burden of a predetermined amount to the customer when the customer requests the repayment. The customer requesting the repayment has to request the repayment within a prescribed period and the commission rate expected for the repayment is executed by following contents agreed with the shopping mall operator when the customer buys the goods. The shopping mall operator repays goods price except the commission to the customer.
