PURPOSE: A display apparatus is provided to serve as a mirror when the display apparatus does not illuminate by forming the semi-reflective layer on one side of a transparent substrate of the display apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A display apparatus(1) includes a display device having a transparent substrate(111) and a semi-reflective layer(12). The semi-reflective layer is formed on one surface of the transparent substrate. The transparent substrate includes two substrates(1111, 1112) facing each other. The semi-reflective layer is formed on the first surface of the transparent substrate. The semi-reflective layer is alternatively formed on the second surface of the transparent substrate. The transparent substrate is a flexible substrate or a rigid substrate.
