摘要 PURPOSE: A batch-type plasma combustion system and a combustion method are provided to reduce the running cost of a melting furnace of a batch-type plasma direct gasification by changing the injected amount of inert gas. CONSTITUTION: A batch(400) is assemble by comprising a plasma chamber(100), a combustion chamber(200) and a controller(300). The upper part of the plasma chamber is connected with an injection hopper(130) by integrally forming a discharging electrode. A reaction gas injection pipe(120) is connected with the plasma chamber to inject reaction gas. A sensor(110) is installed in the plasma chamber to measure the evaporated amount according to a thermal decomposition. The combustion chamber has an oxygen injection pipe(210) to burn the evaporated gas by connecting with the plasma chamber. The controller has a control unit(310) to control a gas injection amount by adjusting a valve(120a) of the reaction gas injection pipe through the measurement of the evaporated gas amount with the sensor. Thereby, the equipment and the handling costs are reduced.
