PURPOSE: A settlement terminal and a method for certifying a card using customer using the same are provided to perform identification of a settlement client through call connection by extracting a mobile phone number loaded to a chip card and confirming the sender information displayed on a wireless terminal of the client. CONSTITUTION: The chip card is equipped with a storage capable of loading the mobile phone number data of the wireless terminal held by the client(100) and includes a banking settlement function. The settlement terminal(105) is equipped with an extracting module extracting the mobile phone number data of the wireless terminal loaded in the storage of the chip card and a call module trying the call connection to the extracted mobile phone number of the client's wireless terminal.
