PURPOSE: A method for boosting a telematics system is provided to allow the user to easily utilize it by performing a booting to perform the effective management of the current in the telematics system. CONSTITUTION: A method for boosting a telematics system includes the steps of: determining(S201) whether the key is inputted into the vehicle or not; going(S202) to the following step if the key is inputted into the vehicle; standing(S203) by the system after booting the system on the state of ACC on if the key is inputted into the vehicle; and turning(S204) off the system in the state of ACC off.
