The device has a waterproof canvas (1) cut out in a shape and according to characteristics of a hull (2). The canvas is placed under appendages (Z) of the hull using two boat-hooks and ropes (4), to envelope immersed part of the hull from water. The water found between the canvas and the hull is evacuated using evacuation tubes (5) embedded in the canvas. The canvas sticks to the hull of the boat when the water is drained.
