PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leaf spring pad for changing a spring constant of a leaf spring, only by changing the assembling direction to leaves. SOLUTION: The spring pad 2 is overlapped with the leaves 1 on an upper face central portion of a top leaf of the leaves 1, and is fastened and fixed to the leaves 1 by U-bolts 3. Since length of a front surface of the spring pad 2 is different from that of a back face thereof, fixed length according to the fastening and fixing by means of the U-bolts 3 can be changed only by changing the direction where the spring pad 2 is assembled to the leaves 1, so that the spring constant of the leaf spring can be changed.
