PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent breakage of a cylinder connecting part by controlling excessive force and moment to work on the connecting part of a slide cylinder. SOLUTION: A cylinder central line is devised to be angularly variable in all directions against a vertical axis by storing a loading platform by drawing it in below a floor surface at the time of not using it and supporting the slide cylinder 19 to draw out from below the floor surface at the time of using it on the car body side by fitting it with a play in such a way as to form a clearance C1 in the radial direction along an overall periphery on a supporting member 20.
