PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic urination treatment apparatus which can be reduced in size and weight by improving a urine recovery from a urine receiver, and to provide the urine receiver. SOLUTION: A urine housing material 3 is housed in an air-impermeable and water-impermeable skin sheet 4 having nearly rectangular shape and having a cross section of U-shape, and the urine receiver 1 obtained by arranging a surface sheet 2 hardly air-permeable on the surface of the urine housing material 3 is mounted to a mounting person. Urine is guided from a urine withdrawing port 4b bored at the bottom surface of the skin sheet 4 to a tightly closed urine tank through urine withdrawing tubes 11a and 11b by a vacuum pump.
