PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing structure for men's shorts so designed as to take no trouble in putting in or out the penis so as to smoothly pass urine, and coping with such symptoms as frequent urination or prostatism. SOLUTION: The opening and closing structure for men's shorts has the following structure: a main body of the shorts is provided with a freely openable linear opening part 3 the upper end of which extends to the vicinity of a stretchable wearing opening 4 and the lower end of which extends to a crotch part 2; a base part 5a is fixed to the crotch part 2; and a detachable fabric tape 6 is fixed to the rear side of the upper end of a belt-like piece 5 covering the front surface of the linear opening part 3. In such a structure, the belt-like piece 5 covers the front surface of the linear opening part 3 when the belt-like piece 5 is pulled up based on the base part 5a as a supporting point and the belt-like part 5 is forwardly inclined based on the base part 5a as a supporting point so that the front face of the linear opening part 3 is opened when the fabric tape 6 is apart from the main body 1.
