PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter device for forming a supporting member to be thin. SOLUTION: The shutter device comprises a shutter 1 having a plurality of slats 1a arranged in parallel and connected with one another and a pair of supporting members 2 supporting the shutter 1 from both sides. Each of the supporting members 2 projects toward the shutter 1 and has a rail section 21 provided along a direction of a movement of the shutter 1. In both end parts of each of the slats 1a, grooves 11 opening toward the supporting members 2 are formed respectively.
