PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earth auger excavator and a boring method improving workability by adjusting a longitudinal and lateral inclination even in a location with the inclined ground while enhancing the accuracy of piling and facilitating construction in a location with a height limit. SOLUTION: In this earth auger excavator, a leader 4 is installed through a tilting base 9 supported on a truck 3 tiltably in a lateral direction with a rotation support pin 8 as a fulcrum and set adjustably in the lateral inclination by a cylinder 11 for lateral inclination, and comprises an inclination fixing means 12 for locking the lateral inclination.
