PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pivot hinge which enables door positioning operations to be performed with ease, and which brings about a reduction in cost and easiness of maintenance by making its constitution simple and sturdy. SOLUTION: This pivot hinge comprises: an upside hinge which is constituted in such a manner that a pivot fitting on the upside of a door, wherein an upward pivot is provided in a raised state, and a receiving fitting on the upside of a door frame body, whereinto the pivot is to be fitted, are journaled to each other; and a downside hinge which is constituted in such a manner that a pivot hinge on the downside of the door frame body, wherein an upward pivot is provided in a raised state, and a receiving fitting on the downside of the door, whereinto the pivot is to be fitted, are journaled to each other. A pivot member 21b of the pivot fitting 2B on the upside of the door and a receiving hole member 11a of the receiving fitting 1A on the downside of the door, which undergo the penetration of left and right adjusting screws 24 and 14 along a wall surface, respectively, are arranged in a horizontally adjustable manner, so that a door mounting position can be horizontally adjusted in the closed state of the door.
