PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly supply agricultural products without impairment of workability as a whole, by enabling adjusting carrying speed of the agricultural products at each portion of an agricultural product non-destructive quality determining device. SOLUTION: The agricultural product non-destructive quality determining device 1 is structured to carry the agricultural products 15 by a carrying device 11 equipped with a speed adjusting mechanism. In order from an upstream side, a supplying portion 31, a measuring portion 13, and a sorting portion 32 are arranged on a carrying path of the agricultural products 15, and the carrying speed of the agricultural products 15 at each portion 31, 13, 32 can be adjusted.
