PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide panel structure of a loading platform for a truck capable of preventing water and other foreign materials from entering from the clearance between a pillar and an outside plate, and making the appearance well. SOLUTION: The seal materials 21 is mounted to the both sides of the end edge parts of the outer plates 18, the end edge parts of the outer plates 18 wherein the seal materials 21 are mounted are attached to the outer surface of the pillar 20, and the end edge part of the outer plate 18 which is attached to the outer surface of the pillar 20 and mutually adjacent is covered with a molding 23 mounted to the pillar 20 by a joining means 22.
