PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic pump and a load receiving platform lift capable of eliminating a rotation sensor to measure frequency of a DC motor. SOLUTION: The load receiving platform lift 10 is furnished with a load receiving platform 12 supported on a lift arm 11, a lift cylinder device 15 to lift the lift arm 11 and the hydraulic pump 17 driven by the DC motor 16 and to supply pressure oil to the lift cylinder device 15, and a discharge flow rate Qp of the hydraulic pump 17 is found by discharge pressure P of the hydraulic pump 17 and supply voltage Mv of the DC motor 16.
