PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress management cost by easily grasping the required time for each management operation in a septic tank, and saving wasteful time for septic tank management. SOLUTION: The portable input/output terminal for septic tank management is used for management works such as the checking, maintenance, inspection and cleaning of a septic tank, further displays the first work items among septic tank management check sheets, and displays work items as sequence on and after the second time. At this time, in the portable input/output terminal, the time on the display of the work items is acquired as the starting time of the work in the work item by a control program, the time upon the end of the input that the work has been performed is acquired as the finishing time of the work item, and the time before and after the switching of the display in each work item is recorded in a septic tank check sheet as the required time for the work in each work item.
