The lever arms of a double-armed lever (12) are supported at an arm (9) with their free ends clamped in between two stops (11,11') in a bore on a bushing (7). An inhibitor (15) is mounted at the free end of the arm (9). A pin (16) extends from the inhibitor in a direction parallel to the axis about which the inhibitor rotates. The pin rests against the top of one lever arm. A shank (4) extends perpendicularly upward relative to a baseplate (3). At least three arms (8',9) are fastened at one end to the bushing and are mounted at the free end to cylinders (10',10).
