An on-vehicle charger for a cellphone, comprising a plug member (30) capable of being inserted into and extracted from the cigarette socket of a vehicle, a holder member (10) having a contact connected to the charging terminal of the cellphone and capable of placing a cellphone body thereon, and a flexible connection member (20) electrically connecting the plug member to the holder member and having a flexibility, wherein a holder sheet (18) having adhesiveness is disposed on the holder member at least in a part of the area thereof coming into contact with the cellphone body.
