PURPOSE: A vehicle air conditioning system is provided to prevent a degradation of efficiency of air conditioning system caused due to the deficiency of refrigerant and oil. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle air conditioning system comprises an outlet pipe(2) arranged at one side of a compressor(1) and connected to a condenser(4); an expansion valve(7) connected to the condenser; an evaporator(6) connected to the expansion valve; an inlet pipe(3) interposed between the evaporator and the compressor; a pressure reducing valve(5) arranged at the intermediate portion of the outlet pipe, wherein the pressure reducing valve discharges the pressure higher than the predetermined level; a bypass path(9) connected to the pressure reducing valve so as to bypass the discharged pressure; and a pressure reducing tank(8) mounted on the inlet pipe, wherein the pressure reducing tank has an end communicated to a connection path(10) and the other end connected to the bypass path so as to store the bypassed pressure.
