PURPOSE: A heating device of a soldering machine is provided to perform stably a heat supply process and improve efficiency of a soldering process by forming a cartridge type soldering heater. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of exhaust holes(31) are formed on an upper heater(30). An insulating plate heater(40) includes a plurality of mobile holes corresponding to the exhaust holes. A heating line(50) is extended from the outside of the mobile holes in order to generate the heat. A lower heater(60) includes a plurality of through-holes corresponding to the mobile holes. An insulating plate(70) includes a plurality of connection holes(71) corresponding to the exhaust holes and the mobile holes. A fixing unit is used for coupling the upper heater to the lower heater or the insulating plate heater to the insulating plate.
