<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat panel display of which the white balance can be adjusted even when the same driving voltage is applied without changing the size of an active layer of TFTs for driving, which realizes appropriate brightness by supplying the optimum current to each sub-pixel and of which the life is lengthened. <P>SOLUTION: The flat panel display is provided with: pixels including a plurality of sub-pixels provided with self-luminous elements; and thin film transistors (20r, 20g, 20b) which are provided to each of the sub-pixels, have semiconductor active layers equipped with at least channel regions and are connected with the self-luminous elements in order to supply currents to the self-luminous element.
