<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polymer type antistatic agent having excellent antistatic property in which bleeding, blooming, migration contamination and deterioration of its physical properties are prevented, and also to obtain various polymer compositions using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The polymer type antistatic agent of this invention is produced by blending a polymer type antistatic agent containing a resin or an elastomer as a main component and/or a thermoplastic resin having polar groups and/or a polymer composition containing an elastomer with an anionic salt having a fluoro and a sulfonyl group, without using a medium comprising a low molecular weight polyether compound or a low molecular weight polar compound each having a number average molecular weight of 5,000 or less. The polymer compositions of this invention are prepared by dispersing the polymer type antistatic agent in various polymeric compositions.
