<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery excellent in weight energy density by reducing the weight of a current collector occupying in the battery without damaging a battery property. <P>SOLUTION: An electrode uses a resin film as an electrode current collector, the surface of the film is performed a plasma treatment, in the atmosphere of temperature having a lower temperature than that of the glass transition temperature of the film or the atmosphere of temperature having a higher temperature by 20°C than that of the glass transition temperature in an inactive gas atmosphere such as argon gas, and after that, an electrode binder is formed on a surface of a conductive membrane by using the film with the conductive membrane formed thereon. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
