<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for managing a treatment such as massage, finger pressure, acupuncture or moxibustion, etc., for allowing a provider for providing the service of massage, finger pressure, acupuncture or moxibustion, etc., to correctly acquire service providing records at each residence of a patient, so as to raise reliability in forms such as a "medical expense provision application form", etc., to be submitted to the supervisory authorities. <P>SOLUTION: The system includes: a portable information terminal to be carried by the practitioner of massage, finger pressure, acupuncture or moxibustion, etc., who visits the respective patients; a computer arranged in an office for managing the practitioner; and an ID holding means comprising IC memories disposed in the residence of each patient. The portable information terminal reads a patient ID from the ID holding means by radio wave, determines whether or not the read patient ID coincides with the patient ID in schedule information, and writes a visit date into the ID holding means by radio wave in the case of coincidence.
