<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation reporting apparatus for using a tactile device as an interface for transmitting information, in order to help a duplication disabled person not only with visual disability but auditory disability. <P>SOLUTION: The oscillation reporting apparatus 1 includes: a personal computer 5 for inputting an information signal; a driver 13 for generating a driving signal based on the information signal inputted by the personal computer 5; and oscillation motors 3 for generating oscillation based on the driving signal generated by the driver 13. The oscillation motors 3 are constituted by making one set with a plurality of motors, so as to change the positions of the motors and arrange them onto the arbitrary position of a user body.
