<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting/fixing device for a portable computer device. <P>SOLUTION: A magnetic means and an irregular positioning means are provided on the abutment surfaces of a portable computer and a separating type keyboard, so that the computer is closely bonded to the separating type keyboard by the mutually attracting magnetic force generated by the magnetic means, and the both are surely positioned by the irregular positioning means. This easy fitting/fixing device for portable computer can make the computer and the separating type keyboard convenient for carrying as an integrated device, and further reduce the use space for storing them.
