CALL PROCESSING TESTING METHOD, CALL PROCESSING TESTING DEVICE, AND ITS PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and accurately perform the call processing test of communication equipment at a low cost without having a user prepare a special environment for the test.

SOLUTION: Automatic testing devices 11-1m operated by a test service provider are provided on a data communication network 2, and a test file for the call processing test of user side systems 31-3n is transmitted from the systems 31-3n through the data communication network 2 to the automatic testing devices 11-1m. Then, in the automatic testing devices 11-1m, the operation test of a call processing is executed with the user side systems 31-3n according to the procedure and contents of the test described in the test file and log information obtained in the execution process is stored.
