PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a battery having good battery characteristics, capable of easily forming a uniform filler-containing organic resin layer between electrodes with good workability. SOLUTION: A process for manufacturing acidic filler-containing organic resin solution, and a process for vaporizing a vaporizable component in the acidic filler-containing organic resin solution are provided in the manufacturing method of the battery having a filler-containing organic layer arranged between the electrodes. It becomes possible to manufacture a uniform pasty filler-containing resin solution since the filler becomes easy to uniformly disperse in the resin solution when the filler-containing organic resin is acidified. Further, dispersibility of the filler is improved by reforming the surface state of the filler by applying a surface treatment thereto. The uniform filler-containing organic layer can be easily formed by drying the uniform filler-containing organic resin solution, and the workability of the manufacture of the battery is improved.
