PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device which can decrease disposition space for a radiator, utilize for the disposition of other parts, and as a result, expand design flexibility of a motorcycle. SOLUTION: In the cooling device 50 of cooling water, a water cooled engine 18 is mounted to a body frame (vehicle body) 11, and a swing arm 21 is swingably mounted to the body frame 11. In the motorcycle 10 rotatably mounting a rear wheel 22 at the tip of the swing arm 21, a central cooling water passage 54 and right and left cooling water passages 74, 84 which circulates the cooling water of the water cooled engine 18 are provided on the swing arm 21 to function as the radiator with the swing arm 21.
