PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modulator for contriving stability and high precision. SOLUTION: TheΔΣmodulator 32 modulates only an error component (Q) separated from a component separation part 31. Accordingly, even when the order of theΔΣmodulator 32 is increased, the amplitude of output of a final stage integrator is not excessively enlarged, and stability of the modulator can be contrived. In addition, since a signal component separated with the component separation part 31 is not passed through theΔΣmodulator 32, intensity of an input signal X can be held as it is, and the high precision of the modulator can be contrived.
