PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct the color aberration of a lens by a visually effective method by using simple hardware and software. SOLUTION: The color aberration correction apparatus is provided with an image storage means for storing line images for one line before image correction, a correction value calculating means for performing the color aberration correction corresponding to a distance from the center of each line image on the basis of a value of each pixel in the line image stored in the image storage means to calculate the value of each pixel after the correction, and an output means for outputting the line image corrected by the corrected value of each pixel.
